Simple Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell's Beef Gravy


Directions:

1.Throughly mix the beef, water, bread crumbs, egg and onion in a medium bowl.
Shape the mixture into 4 (1/2 inch thick) burgers
2. Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the burgers and cook until well browned on both sides.
Pour off any fat.
3. Add the gravy to the skillet. Heat to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 min or until burgers are cooked through.

8 ww points per burger.
